Why listen to me? I’ve had psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing sponylitis for almost 40 years. Over that time span I’ve undergone 20+ major joint surgeries (the most recent being a T3-S1 spinal fusion). I’m no doctor and this is not medical advice but I know more than a little about arthritis.
